The Industrial Relations Duties and Trade Union Activities Agreement is also known as the Departmental Whitley Council Agreement.
The agreement covers the following areas:
- trade union facilities and staff resources;
- facilities for the trades union side and accredited union representatives;
- industrial relations duties;
- trade union activities;
- health and safety activities; and
- departmental Whitley Council committees and sub-committees.
