Procurement

This page explains UK Export Finance's policy on procurement.

Our key objective when procuring goods and services that enable us to deliver our business objectives is to obtain maximum value for money.

Most goods and services we procure are purchased under a buying solutions framework agreement or by a formal competitive tendering process which follows European Union (EU) procurement regulations and directives.

Buying Solutions is the national procurement partner for UK public services and is an executive agency of the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) in the Treasury.  It provides a professional procurement service to the public sector to enable organisations to deliver improved value for money in their commercial activities and provide professional support, advising on technical issues, energy saving and environmental improvements. Go to the Buying Solutions website, which you can find on the right hand side of this page, to find out more about their products.

This table includes existing services contracts that went to public tenders within the last three years. It does not include expired contracts where a public tender was issued in the last three years and the goods and/or services have since been delivered and/or rendered and paid for.
