Exemptions
This page explains what information the Export Credits Guarantee Department’s (ECGD) discloses under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) and Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIRs).
We disclose information in line with our obligations under the FOIA and EIRs. Requests for information can be rejected if the information requested falls within the scope of the various exemptions set out in the FOIA and EIRs. Vexatious requests or requests involving expenditure of resources or costs in excess of the prescribed limit (currently £600) may be refused.
