ECGD's PUBLIC CONSULTATIONS

When deciding whether or not to conduct a Public Consultation on any issue relating to its activity ECGD will act in accordance with the Guidance on Public Consultation published from time to time by the Cabinet Office save insofar as its Business Principles may impose any more stringent obligation.  Any Consultation which ECGD holds will be conducted in accordance with the Cabinet Office Code of Practice on Consultations. The current version of the Cabinet Office Guidance and Code can both be found at www.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/regulation/consultation/.
