Interim Response
After carefully considering the representations, ECGD reached a settled view on the appropriate underlying principles. On the key specific issues covered by the consultation, ECGD identified certain provisional conclusions, published on 21 October 2005, on which it invited comment from interested parties during a further round of consultation until 18 November 2005.
After taking account of further representations, a final Government Response may published by the end of this year.
