- Impact Questionnaire
If a case is identified by ECGD as having medium potential social and/or environmental impacts, the applicant must submit an Impact Questionnaire together, where appropriate, with any necessary supplementary information to the Impact Questionnaire. (1.85 MB). The Impact Questionnaire was updated in April 2007. Where an Impact Questionnaire is required, the new form must be used for any application received after 1 May 2007.

TYPES OF FORMS
ECGD has introduced new application forms in order to give effect to the revised anti-corruption procedures, which have been introduced as a result of the recently completed public consultation on that subject. Find out more about this consultation.
The new application forms must be used for all applications.
The new forms are extrapolated from the documents attached to the Government’s Final Response to ECGD’s Consultation on changes to its anti-bribery and corruption procedures with two small exceptions.
First, a new section has been added to the application forms requiring information about whether an applicant or others are “under charge” in relation to certain criminal offences. This has been added in order to be compliant with HMG’s international obligations under the OECD Action Statement promulgated in April 2006.
Second, there are a small number of corrections, either grammatical or transpositional between Buyer Credit and EXIP documentation.
