ECGD's PUBLIC CONSULTATIONS

When deciding whether or not to conduct a Public Consultation on any issue relating to its activity ECGD will act in accordance with the consultation guidance published by the Better Regulation Executive save insofar as its Business Principles may impose any more stringent obligation. Any Consultation which ECGD holds will be conducted in accordance with the Government Code of Practice on Consultation.
